1. Legal cancellation policy
1.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods. You can exercise your revocation by informing us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use a sample cancellation form for this, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
1.2 Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you. For this repayment we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you. The prerequisite for a refund of your payments is the return of the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. We reserve the right to only make the refund once the goods have been received by us. You bear the costs of returning the goods.
We would like to point out that according to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), we are not obliged to accept goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons is suitable and the seal has been removed after dispatch (e.g. cosmetic goods that have come into contact with the skin).

Customers are asked to send the goods back to the seller as a prepaid package and to keep the proof of delivery. Customers are asked to avoid damage or contamination of the goods. If possible, the goods should be sent back to the seller in the original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the buyer's possession, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.
