Shipment
Shipping within the Federal Republic of Germany and to Austria is free.
Shipping costs apply for shipping to the following countries:
• Ireland: €9.99
• France: €4.50
We currently do not ship to any other areas outside of the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Portugal, Ireland and France.
Return shipping costs
The buyer bears the costs for returns.
Delivery times
Once payment has been credited to our account, the goods will be delivered and you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with the package tracking number.
We ship via DHL, Hermes, GLS and Post AT. Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the delivery time after receipt of payment is usually 1-3 working days for deliveries within Germany or 3-4 working days for deliveries abroad.
