Terms and conditions of the "reveel by MedSkin Solutions Instagram competition" competition
Conditions of participation Participation in the competition organised by genova GmbH, Colonnaden 72, 20354 Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as the organiser) is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.
Eligible participants: Eligible participants are natural persons residing in Germany who have reached the age of 18. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
Employees of the organiser and its affiliated companies as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example
- in the event of manipulation in connection with the implementation of the competition,
- in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation,
- in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
Participation Participation in the competition takes place if the person fulfils the following conditions:
- She is a subscriber to the Instagram accounts of reveel by MedSkin Solutions ® (@reveelskincare) and Gabi Mentrup (@trend163).
- She likes and saves the post
- In the comment she mentions a person for whom the products mentioned could also be interesting
Participation is not dependent on the purchase of a product from genova GmbH or a subscription to the newsletter. The purchase of a product does not increase the chances of winning.
In the event of a win, participation in the prize draw includes consent to the possible mention of the first name and the first letter of the surname including place of residence on the website and in the social media channels of genova GmbH (reveel by MedSkin Solutions ®), e.g. Facebook or Instagram. Each participant can only take part in the prize draw once per competition. Participation is only possible until the closing date. Entries received after the closing date will not be taken into account in the draw.
The duration of the competition is from 12.12.2021 until 15.12.2021, 19:30. During this period, users will have the opportunity to enter the competition online. The electronically recorded receipt of the entry form by the organiser serves to verify timely receipt.
Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The following prizes will be awarded:

Prizes in kind are not paid out in cash and are excluded from exchange. Winnings cannot be transferred to third parties.
The winners will be determined after the closing date by means of a random draw among all participants.
The winners of the prize draw will be notified by the organiser within one week of the closing date by direct message on Instagram. In order to send the prize, the winner must provide his/her address within 24 hours of being notified of the prize by genova GmbH. If a winner does not come forward to claim his/her prize within 24 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and we will determine a replacement winner.
The prize will only be handed over to the winner. It is not possible to exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash. Prizes in kind will be sent to the winner's home address by post; the organiser will bear the shipping costs. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
Termination of the Competition The Promoter expressly reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice and without giving any reason and to amend these Terms and Conditions.
Data protection In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal details provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname and e-mail address, are true and correct. In the case of non-cash prizes, further personal data, such as the address, will be requested from the winners after the end of the competition as part of the notification of the prize. The collection and processing of personal data is solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and, if applicable, sending the prizes. All data will only be stored for the purpose and for the duration of the competition and will be deleted at the end of the campaign, unless there are legal obligations to retain data.
The personal data of the participants will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without their consent. An exception is the company genova GmbH, Colonnaden 72, 20354 Hamburg, which is commissioned to carry out the competition, in particular to send the prize, and which collects, stores and uses the data for the purpose of carrying out the competition.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the promotional media used by the Promoter. This includes the announcement of the winner on the Promoter's website and its social media platforms.
The participant may at any time obtain information about his/her data stored by the organiser, object to the use of his/her data and request its deletion. A simple letter to genova GmbH, Colonnaden 72, 20354 Hamburg or an e-mail to info@reveel-skincare.com is sufficient for this purpose. After revocation of consent, the participant's personal data collected and stored will be deleted immediately.

Instagram Disclaimer The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook. The contact person and person responsible is solely the organiser.
Liability The organiser is not liable for damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, faults in technical equipment and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the competition, unless such damage was caused by the organiser (its bodies, employees or vicarious agents) intentionally or through gross negligence. The above limitation of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health or in the event of fraudulently concealed defects.
Applicable law The competition is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability clause If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Conditions of Participation. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
