Conditions of Participation Participation in the competition organized by genova GmbH, Colonnaden 72, 20354 Hamburg, hereinafter referred to as the organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these terms and conditions of participation.
Eligible participants: Natural persons residing in Germany who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to the organizer's customers and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
Employees of the organizer and its affiliated companies as well as their family members are not eligible to take part in the competition. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to exclude people from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example

Participation Participation in the competition takes place if the person meets the following conditions:

Participation is not dependent on purchasing goods from genova GmbH or subscribing to the newsletter. Purchasing a product does not increase the chances of winning.
Participation in the competition includes, if you win, your consent to the possible mention of your first name and the first letter of your last name, including your place of residence, on the website and in the social media channels of genova Gmbh (reveel by MedSkin Solutions ®), e.g. B. Facebook or Instagram. Each participant can only take part in the raffle once per competition. Participation is only possible until the closing date. Entries received after the closing date will not be taken into account in the draw.
The duration of the competition extends from December 10th, 2021, 12:00 p.m. to December 13th, 2021, 11:59 a.m. During this period, users will have the opportunity to take part in the competition online. The electronically recorded receipt of the participation form by the organizer is used to check that it has been received on time.
Winning, notification and transmission of the win
The following prizes will be awarded:

Non-cash prizes will not be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. Winnings cannot be transferred to third parties.
The winners will be determined after the closing date for participation in a random raffle among all participants.
The winners of the raffle will be notified by the organizer via direct message on Instagram within one week of the closing date for entries. In order to send the prize, it is necessary that the winner provides his/her address within 24 hours of being notified of the prize by genova GmbH. If a winner does not come forward to collect his/her prize within 24 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and we will select a replacement winner.
The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. An exchange, self-collection or a cash payment of the winnings are not possible. Non-cash prizes will be sent to the winner by post to his home address; the organizer will cover the shipping costs. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
Termination of the competition The organizer expressly reserves the right to interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons and to adapt these conditions of participation.
Data protection In order to take part in the competition, you must provide personal (personal) data. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular his first name, last name and email address, is truthful and correct. In the case of non-cash prizes, after the end of the competition, the winners will be asked for further personal data, such as their address, as part of the prize notification. All data will only be stored for the purpose and duration of the competition and will be deleted after the campaign has ended, unless there are legal retention requirements.

The participant can receive information about their data stored by the organizer at any time, object to the use of their data and request that it be deleted. A simple letter to genova GmbH, Colonnaden 72, 20354 Hamburg or an email to info@reveel-skincare.com is sufficient. After consent is revoked, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.

Instagram Disclaimer The competition is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. The organizer alone is the contact person and responsible person.
Liability The organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, disruptions to the technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way when participating in the competition. unless such damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organizer (its bodies, employees or vicarious agents). The above limitation of liability does not apply to injury to life, body or health or to fraudulently concealed defects.
Applicable law The competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability clause If a provision of these terms and conditions of participation is or becomes ineffective in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of these terms and conditions of participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision applies.
